고추;반파운도 조금 넘게
밀가루;2스푼(고추 옷 입히기)

깨끗히 씻은 고추를 물기를 없에고
이쑤시게로 몇군데 꼭꼭 찔러 주세요.

분량의 밀가루를 넣고 고추에 골고루 묻어나게 버무려 주세요.

밀가루 옷을 입힌 고추를 미리 불에올려놓은 찜기에
키친타월에 물을 묻혀서 깔고 고추를 올려서
5~8분정도 쪄 줍니다.

고추를 찌고 있는동안 소스를 만들어 보아요~
간장;4스푼
설탕;1/3스푼
고추가루;1스푼
요리당;반스푼
참기름;반스푼
(모두 넣고 섞어주세요.)
